Thanks for getting in touch, and glad you enjoyed The Blackhouse. I hope you enjoy the other two as much as I did. I’ve visited many parts of mainland Scotland but Skye is the only island I have spent time on. A Hebridean trip is definitely on my ToDo list!

Looking forward to the next two. I bought the books as a trilogy on kindle so it’s good to know all three are great. I did enjoy the first person/ third person concept and how we go from present to the past. I have been to the isle of Lewis so I know the bleak landscape he describes.
