The important thing is to end up with a file named schwarz06.kml saved on your hard disk. Your Save As ... procedure should download the file, but unless it has the .kml extension it won't work. If your system has saved the file with a different name or extension, rename the file to schwarz06.kml.
Once you have the file on your system with its correct extension and with Google Earth installed, double clicking the file should launch Google earth and put the file in Google Earth's Temporary Places folder.
