On the Obers Mönchsjoch up a short path from the glacier. Signposted from the Jungfaujoch complex (head for the Aletsch Glacier exit) at 45 mins - a reasonable tourist estimate in good conditions, though fit and acclimatised visitors would be there in 30 minutes. Allow 20 minutes for the return.
The hut has a large common room used by guests and tourists walking up from the Jungfraujoch station. It's popular for lunch in good weather - food from probably the most extensive menu of any hut in the Oberland is served most of the day. Tiny terrace with no facilities. Sleeping accommodation (nominally for 120) is in several small dormitories for about 12.
The hut is an independent, commercial operation, not affiliated to any club, and so does not offer any discounts. The guardians are friendly, efficient, and busy (if the weather's good).

Mobile phone signal: intermittent. Reasonable in good weather, but unreliable in mist. You can get a better signal by walking about 200m back towards the Jungfraujoch to get line-of-sight to the dishes above the complex, but even then you may have problems in bad weather.
